For now you should be registered at Dynamics Learning Portal AFAIK. Maybe in the near future :-)
Unfortunately there are not any videos posted in videos group yet for NAV 2016, you need to have a login to access this videos. I believe may be in few weeks they will post in Videos group over here but they are not there yet.

nav 2016 was recently released. so you may find not so much (video) tutorials. if you want to learn the usage of dynamics nav in general, you could start with video tutorials about nav 2013/2015 on youtube.
