If you want to disable it for all users change datasource AllowDelete property. If you want this to be role specific just create privileges with your form's menu item, AX will enable/disable command buattons according to your access level on the entry point.

    Hi Narayan Kumar,

You can restrict that button for user level using roles, please try below step!

    * create a privilege > add your form in to privilege > Add a control for your button as shown below

    Role1.JPG

    Role1.JPG

set the control affective access as no permission.

    * create a duty > drag your privilege in duty.

    * create a role > drag your privilege and duty in role.

Assign this role user for which you want to restrict the delete button.

    Thanks

    Suresh

Yes you can also restrict the delete button in code level in form init method. But prefer security framework.

    Hi Narayan Kumar,

Without creating roles is not a best practice and writing code in form.

Every time you create a roles for user permissions.

    Thanks
