How can you relink an existing MO to an Existing Quote? I see that it is possible to link a MO to an SO, but cannot find out how to do link a MO to a Quote.

You would not be able to relink a sales quote to an existing MO. You if wanted an MO linked to a sales quote, you could pull the quote up in Sales Transaction Entry, go to the Additional button and select Manufacturing Sales Item Detail. and create a new MO.
