Hi :)

Is there a way to give a colleague access to only the Event management module in Dynamics Marketing so she can check and download event registrations?

Hi partner,

I noticed that the event management module has the following two entities.

You can reserve only the following two security roles for this user:
1. Basic user
2. event (Create a new security role)
Create a new security role event (You can customize the name whatever you want) and assign only the related access of Events and Event Registrations.
