Packing Slip Status On Database

I want to make a Report that summarize all sales delivery for each month & week which the data is from Packing Slip. My problem is that some item delivered quantity is over the actual delivery. as im tracing it i notice that its been mixed up with the canceled Packing Slip.

So here my problem. As i check on AX form, there is no Status Column on Packing Slip nor i can find it on the database directly. But there is a Cancel button upside the grid that being disabled when Packing Slip is canceled. Then i go to Dev Workspace, go to that form & check it out. Found out that the button is an Action MenuitemType:SalesFormLetter_PackingSlipCancel. i go to that Menu Item & found out its a Class:SalesFormLetter. go to that class & here where im stuck with no clue at all as there is alot of function inside.

as im clueless here, can someone guide me what step should i do next?
Thanks

    Hi ITIPG,

Cancelled packing slip will has 0 in a QTY field. I'm not sure how 0 can affect your quantities unless you are using ordered qty that stays the same.

hhmmm... i think i have some miss information here. Before when our consultan still implementing AX here, they say that when a Packing Slip is canceled, the button is disabled & if not canceled its enabled. When i check on AX form there is some Packing Slip where the Cancel Button is disabled but the Qty is not 0. Thats bring me to think that its been mixed up with the canceled Packing Slip.

Is there any other condition that makes cancel button disabled?
