I have been working on this platform for the past few months, while working on this i come across a situation where i need to store my call recording url on PhoneCall Entity. I thoroughly explore documentation but could not found way to create any hyperlink field. Can anyone guide me through this.
Is your call recording URL a local file path or a website?
If it is a website, you can use a single-line text field of URL type to store it.
Click the globe icon to jump to the destination URL.
