Linking a Survey to Lead and Agent

Hello All,

I have created a survey using D365 Customer Voice and they are being sent out to customer with the help of Power Automate when a lead is created.

I am receiving the responses to the survey as well. However,

  • The responses are autonomous
  • I am not able to link them to the lead and the agent

How can I ?

  • Know the name of the survey sender
  • Link the survey to the lead and the agent

    Hi,
    Have you ever solved this problem? We are facing a similar issue where the fields 'From' and 'RegardingObjectId' are empty when a response record is created in D365. We'd like to know who the sender is and link the response to the Case.
