Have you guys experience these? no presence in omnichannel even I have a omnichannel admin credentials,
restarted my browsers, cleared cached, and tried different browsers including incognito modes?
Also, it was really intermittent because it works on me few days ago and now it is not.

Yes I did, it looks like submitting a ticket will be the only option for this case.

Can you confirm below?
1) Add new User
2) Assign Omnichannel Agent
3) Login with this User and check if Presence is visible
Alternatively you can submit support ticket with microsoft if it is intermittent issue.
