Hi, we recently began using dynamics for marketing to send out e-mails and I'd like to see which e-mails contacts have received in their record. When I drop down the menu in the contact form to Insights all of my options are there "email interactions" "email open times" etc., but it doesn't load it just says "Error Loading Control" - has anyone come across this before?

1. Try to check your instance health status in D365 admin center.
2. Open your application in other browsers.(clear cache if necessary)
In addition, could you share your following information marketing application if above steps not work.
- server version
- client version
- crm region
