OK, my CRM online organization has been updated to the Spring '14 version and I would like to take advantage of the "free" Microsoft Social Listening instance we qualify for because we have > 10 CRM Professional users. I now see the guide available at http://t.co/wFG78XIvqx but it doesn't really tell me how to "know" that I've got that before I start the config process in the CRM Administration pages (Microsoft Social Listening Configuration). Anyone already been through that process?

    We get access to Social Listening not too long after my posting (and poking others). Do you have the minimum ten CRM Professional licenses in your CRM organization? That's the minimum in order to get the free SL instance.

    Did you ever get this resolved, Alan? I'm in the same boat and can't get an answer on how to obtain access to our "free" Social Listening account that supposedly came with our new CRM Online account. Never got an email from MS about it.

    Hi Alan,

    Over the next several weeks customers with 10+ Professional Licenses will receive an email notification stating that their Microsoft Social Listening environments are ready to use.  So... stay tuned!  :)

    I received my update today as well and was wondering the same thing. My only option is to be purchasing licenses at $100/mo per user.
