MS Flow - MSDyn365FO connexion - prevent data loss

Hi there,

I've tried to setup a MS Flow and since data security has evolve recently (RGPD), I wonder if that why I got this message when trying to save my Flow :

Your flow was created, but it is currently suspended since it uses a combination of services that conflict with the company data loss prevention policies.

Anyway, I've been following the steps here to create a specific environnement, create a Data Policy and previously subscribe a P2 licence.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/prevent-data-loss

By registering step by step my Flow it works until I tried to add a new action involving a MSDyn365FO connexion on my flow. I got the previous error message.

I've add all of the connectors in the Data Policy to be sure, but anyway, still stuck.

Have you guys any idea on where/what I'm missing to declare the MSDyn365FO connexion in the admin flow center or somewhere else ?

Thanks

Yohann

    Hello Yohann,

How exactly did you setup the data policy?

    Can you share details?

Have you also checked the poweruser community forum for MS Flow?

    See e.g. powerusers.microsoft.com/.../message;allow_punctuation=false&filter=location&location=category%3AFlowCommunity&q=data+loss+

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Ludwig,

Data Policy shoudn't be my issue because it's quite simple I think my issue is more on the environnement setup.

Anyway : Data Policy -> name , then chosen an environnement then in the data group tab, I've added every tile I have found in the list, even if I thought only the tile Dynamics 365 FF&Ops should be enough.

Is there any place on where you should specify which D365 environnement is allowed ?

I'm going to try to create a brand new environnement, and also check on the Flow / Power Apps community.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I've solved this one.

Someone with a higher authorization than me (like super Admin) has created a Data Policy which applies to all environnements. By deleting it now it works with my level. I assume it could have worked if I would have been updated to a higher level.
