Purchase Price Trade Agreement Don't Appear When Creating Purchase Order

Hi All,

I have an issue regarding Purchase Price, where i have uploaded the purchase price through trade agreement.

When creating Purchase order, the uploaded price no appearing the purchase order line. Supposedly, system will auto show the price.

These are the lists of Purchase Price been uploaded.

This in the journal line uploaded.

Is there any missing action or steps that I do not apply for this function?

Appreciate to all that have experience this to share with me, how to resolve this issue.

Hi Adhha,

Please check if the currency you are selecting on the purchase order is the same as provided in the Trade agreement journal. The second thing you need to check is wether all the check boxes are activated for price.

Path is Procurement and sourcing> Setup> Prices and discounts> Activate price/discount.

Hi Zain,

From my checking the purchase order currency same as as Trade Agreement currency and check boxed all activated for the price.

Purchase order currency

Trade Agreement journal currency.

Procurement and sourcing> Setup> Prices and discounts> Activate price/discount. ( All check boxes are checked)

Is there any possibility that something is missing? I could not think any other ways to solve this.

Go to the product details:

check the Storage Dimension Group setup, the check box For purchase price and sales prices needs to be True:

It doesn't matter that you don't insert the site and warehouse in the trade agreement those check boxes in the Storage Dimension Group must be true.

I'm sure you've done it right, but from the screenshots I can't tell.

I see purchase prices for Vendor V00052 and V00003 and a Purchase order for Vendor V00129. Probably you have prices for Vendor V00129 too?

I also see the Purchase order is for an item (can't see the item number) and in the unit UNIT. I can see that you have some prices in the unit UNIT, but I don't know if they are for the item on the PO Line.

Another thing to check is that your prices expire on the 30th June 2018, which is only a few days away. Check the Procurement parameter 'Date type'. If it's set to 'Delivery date', check that the date on the PO line is before the end of June.

I agree with terry, on checking the screenshots i was not able to find the item number or even if the same vendor is used in the purchase order or not.

Anyways, try updating the prices by checking the find next check on the trade agreement. Your find next check was deactivated.
