Add a existent field to Customer Portal Webpage

Hi all.

I'm implementing Customer Service Portal on my company. I have some fields that are required.

These fields aren't visible on the Create Case portal webpage. Then, when I try to create a new case from the portal, I have an error: "Field1 is a required field".

How can I add the "Field1" to the create case portal form?

Thanks in advance.

    Go To-->Dynamics 365-->Portals-->Portal Management

    Check which form of CRM is in Use for portal.

    Hi Rocker.

    Thanks for helping.

    I don't have "Portal Management" option. The most similar is "Site Config". Did you say that grid? What is create case form?

    Or did you say WebForm on customizations (Customize / Case / Form / WebForm)? I tried to add the field on this form and publish, but it doesn't work.

    Hi there,

    If you can you confirm that you didn't add Field1 to the web form, then you want to find that web form inside D365.

    Option 1: Inside D365: Select  Portals -> Content -> Web forms in D365 and find the related web form.

    Option 2: Inside D365: Select Settings -> Customization ->Customize the system -> Open Entity and select the related entity ->select forms and there should be one of the forms that belongs to portal webpage.

    hope this helps

    Cheers,

    Dom
