Is there a drag/drop functionality from outlook to AX CRM? Anyone with solution for this? Or linking emails to activities in AX CRM?

You can drag an email from your Outlook client onto the 'Target' icon on the DAX CRM document handler if you have the DAX client and the Outlook client running on the same desktop (so it does not work if you run DAX on a terminal server, or Citrix).
You can synchronise DAX Task activities with Outlook tasks, and DAX Appointment activities with your Outlook calendar. (Again this is client to client). You can complete the task in Outlook and the synchronise will close the task activity in DAX.
And you can drag any file from a folder onto the 'Target' icon on the DAX CRM document handler.
I use Microsoft AX 2009. The Drag&Drop to the "target" icon from Outlook opens a question in outlook to give another application access to the client. If I grant it, nothing happens.
I assume there is some setting missing that allowes the access.
Can anyone help?
