I am calling a soap web service for MS CRM dynamics intergration.I have an error onvalid time stamp.
I understand that there is a difference between server time and my client since they are not even in the same continent.
How can I modify web services on post man to use server time even from my client machine

I think that the only way is to change the timezone of your client machine (running the post) to match the timezone of the server, and make sure that the time on both machines is same, with a maximum difference of 5 minutes.
