Available Finance and operations entities are empty

Hi,

I am trying to enable the virtual entities of Finance and operations in power apps, but there are no available entities showing and i am also not able to access virtual entities from the Advanced settings as well.

i am currently following this blog https://dynamicspost.com/virtual-entity-enable/,
i am currently using LOCAL VHD to test this
