Converting a Work Order

Hi,

Hopefully I'm in the right place. We're using the Dynamics 365 for phones app. When in the Case we'd like to convert to a Work Order the only option we have is to convert to Knowledge Base.

Is it possible to convert a case to a work order within the mobile app?

Hi partner,

First please make sure that you have the "Field Service" solution in your instance.

Second please check if your web client has the button "convert to work order".

Third please make sure the "work order" entity is enable to phone.

Then you will be able to see the button in your phone app.

I'm using Dynamics 365 app on Iphone XR and it worked well.
