Data Entities are not visible in Data Management Framework

In Data Management Framework there are no Data Entities available. But entities are available in Application Explorer in Visual Studio.

I have tried full Build Models and Database synchronization.

I am using a Dynamics 365 for operations cloud hosted environment.

PFA screenshots as reference.

Try the following: Open the Data Management workspace and click the Framework parameters tile. Switch to Entity settings and click the Refresh entity list button.

    Hi Martin,

I have same problems with Data Entity. I have created new data entity and my data Entity property IsPublic = Yes, Public Collection Name And Public Entity Name = PCTest but I cannot see in AX. Even I have refreshed entity list. Is there any other way to refresh ?

    Thanks,

    Parag

The properties you mentioned are related to OData services, but I suspect that you're trying to find the entity in Data Management, which is a different thing. If you want an OData service, don't worry about Data Management. If you do want Data Management, don't worry about OData and make sure that your entity has Data Management Enabled = Yes.

    Ok. Thanks for your suggestion.

I have closed my browser and reopened AX again. I can see data entities now.

Hi Martin,Can we do entity refresh in Productions as well? Because production handled by Microsoft. Then did the deployment but the custom entities are not showing in front end, is there any problem, if we do entity refresh in Production?

    Thanks,

    Kiran

Sure, simply open the form in production and click the button.

Microsoft is handling the infrastructure such as servers, not the content of your ERP system.

Hi, Have you tried with refresh data entity?

I was facing same issue in test environment. Even after doing refresh data entity was not visible in front end. I have added data entity manually in front end.

    Hi,

Refresh entity will work as if there are no other issues, But i just have a doubt with Production, if we can do or not. I did it and worked for me.

    Thanks,

    Kiran
