Lead Scoring Models accumulation

Hi,

Simple Lead Scoring Model query, if I have a condition e.g. Email Opened = 10 points.

If a Lead opens an email 4 times, do they get 40 points, or do they just get 10?

What fields are important for differentiating between this behaviour, if any?

Thanks

    RE: Lead Scoring Models accumulation

    Hi,

You have to set the frequency.

Frequency: Choose how often the condition should be triggered. Choose Each to score on each occurrence (such as to increase the score on each email click).

    Here more information:

    Hi,

It is determined by the following option - Frequency:

If you select the "Each" option, the scores will be 40 points.

If you select the "At least" and set the Count as 5, the lead will not be scored.

If you select the "At least" and set the Count as 4, the scores will be 10 points.

If you select the "None", the lead will not be scored.

Please refer to the following section for the above:
