Data is not coming for two fields in Budget plan work sheet in Ax 2012 R3

I am using budget plan worksheet to see the data in to excel add-in. After clicking on wroksheet button in budget plan, data is exported in to excel all fields data is coming except two fields. Those are description fields of Ledger dimension like we have project and vendor dimensions as segments for ledger dimension.

Vendor ID and project id is coming in to excel, but description of vendor id and project id is not coming.

Please help me on this whether i missed any setup in template.

Hi,

These two fields are not exported, are they virtual fields? If so, you must first add them to the staging table, and if you don't, the data can't be exported to staging, so these two fields are not included in the exported file. For more details, refer to this link, although this was posted on the FO forum, I think users of the AX application can also refer to it: Solved: Data entity virtual fields are not exported (dynamics.com).

If they're not a virtual field, are they added to the Grid? If not, you need to personalize the grid, add these two fields before exporting. For more details, refer to this link, although this was posted on the FO forum, I think users of the AX application can also refer to it: Some custom data entity fields not shown in while data export in excel from form and if i directly data entity export from data management the specific fields are shown successfully (dynamics.com).
