Subscription Notification from a CRM field on Case form

Hi,

I want to set up and email notification to who ever is listed in a Case field called CCs on the case form

Basically, I have an checkbox  called Subscription.

When the Subscription field is checked, I want to send emails to all people listed in the CCs field when the case is updated.

What is the best way to set this up.

    you can easily achieve this using Workflows.

    Need to trigger workflow on Subscription field changed and send email .
