Dear All,

I am having alomost 50k rows of data in Excel Sheet . And my client wants to upload it Dynamics 365 Sales through new table.

We are able to create the new table in Powe Apps and while trying to import the data either through Xls or CSV sometimes we are able load only initial 20 rows of excel and sometimes showing error as "Microsoft.ace.oledb.12.0 is not registered on the local machine" . We had installed MS Access 2013 Run Time Engine, but we don't find any luck

Can anyone help please help us how can we do it. We are blocked since almost 2 weeks on this

Step 1: Confirm that the ACE.OLEDB Provider is Installed Correctly

The error message suggests that the ACE OLEDB provider (used to read Excel/CSV files) is either missing or not registered correctly on your system. Installing the Microsoft Access Database Engine (which includes ACE.OLEDB) should solve this issue. However, since you've already installed the MS Access 2013 Runtime Engine, follow these steps:

1. Reinstall the ACE OLEDB Provider:

Download the latest version of the Microsoft Access Database Engine Redistributable from here.

Make sure to install the 64-bit version if your machine is 64-bit, and 32-bit otherwise.

2. Register ACE OLEDB Manually (Optional):

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:

Hello SIDDI,

As you have mentioned that you have added new table in Power Apps to holds your 50k data, try to generate the data import file (Advanced Settings -> System -> Data Management -> Template for data import) and perform data cleansing. If your data is having any special characters, it may trouble you during import.

You can try to import data in small batches around 5 to 10 k records per batch.
