Hello
I want to import an excel file contains a list of custom entities and their attributes , is their anyway i can do this using the import wizard
No. The import wizard can only be used to import data, not metadata, and I'm not aware of any tools that can do this
Apparently, there is a new plugin "Attrubutes Factory" for XRM toolbix released yesterday to create attributes from an excel file. Though you still need to create a entity manually but you can import the respective entity attributes using excel.
