Exec WFDeployCLRAssemblies giving errors post 2025 YE update

Hello,
During the 2025 YE Update, I had to install .NET 4.8 in order to update Web Services.  Since then, we have been seeing errors pop up regarding various assemblies and Stored Procedures not being found or accessible.  I have used WFDeployCLRAssemblies and it has not redeployed them successfully.  I turned on TRUSTWORTHY Property for DYNAMICS, dropped a bunch of the objects(various Assemblies and SPs) then redeployed again with WFDeployCLRAssemblies.  It seems like everytime we restart our server, these errors come back or a new Assembly or SP is broken or missing.
 
Is anyone else having a similar problem?

    Lisa,
    I had gone through that post while troubleshooting and waiting for MS Support to reply to me.  The only thing in that post I saw that might be an issue is that my GP DB version is 2016, which I have plans to upgrade to 2022.  I have already upgraded my test environment to SQL Server 2022.
     
    Could this be causing the issue?
