I have a BPF in my case form and have implemented duplicate detection based on contact first name last name and id.
I have contact details in 2nd stage we I am getting the duplicate detected window.
But unfortunately, I am getting this pop up on save of every stage.
What could be the potential cause for this?
In this case, Can you please check in another browser?
Are you creating any other records through BPF?
Do one thing, Deactivate/un-publish all duplicate detection rules except contact one and check.
On which entity BPF is registered.
It may be possible that there is another duplicate detection rule.
