Hi,

starting from this week our customers (v27 and v28) experience the issue when clicking Print button in report preview mode but it doesn't respond.

I tested it on Chrome, Edge, PrivateMode and it doesn't work. Clear cache also doesn't work.

I have already informed them to workaround by using other method already.

anyone experiences the same issue?

There are a few people reporting this issue. I have copied one of my responses below.

I would try a different browser but I have seen from other users this seems to be a V27.5 and V28. Here are some other conversations related to this issue:

I would recommend reporting this to Microsoft if you have a support agreement with them or reporting it to your partner and they can submit a case to microsoft. You may also want to make sure you are on the most recent version of BC when v28.1 is released and also update your Windows version if there are any updates.

As far as I know, this is a known issue that will be fixed in the latest version.

Hopefully Microsoft should release a fix in their next update, but just read the 28.1 that they published ans see nothing mentionned about that issue in there...

I guess the best solution right now is to create support requests directly with Microsoft so that when enough of us did it they prioritize the fix.

I just tested it again on my hand on 27.5 and it is still not working for us. Could you please share more information on which version of busienss central and the browser you are using ?
