This document specifies that Dynamics Sales Enterprise license is required. We have Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners licenses. We can use Copilot in Sales but not in the Customer Service Hub or Customer Service Workspace apps. I've followed the instructions on how to enable it but it still says /Your admin is getting Copilot set up. Come back later. /

Hi,

I encountered the same issue as you in my testing.
This may require a 48 hour wait.
