Create a contact from a event registraion

Dear community,
I'm struggling with a simple scenario. For an online event registration, I'd like to create / update a contact (matching based on the mail Address). No Leads as we are not working with Leads.

Can you help me finding the right clicks to configure this scenario.

Hi,

Our team has analyzed your needs and here is the solution our team has given.
Step1, create an "Event".

Step2, click on the "Website and form" tab where you can configure the event registration.

Change the "Use marketing form for registration" option and you can decide whether to use a customized MKT form for registration or not.

Change the "Create leads for event registrations" option so that you can decide whether to create "Leads" during registration or not.
