Book meeting room from an Appointment in D365 Sales

I have a customer, who would like to be able book a meeting room (and assign it as /Location/), when creating a new Appointment from the timeline of an Opportunity. Additionally, they would like to be able to see availability of meeting rooms. Has anyone experienced any good/simple solutions for this to integrate into D365 Sales?

We actually created contacts with the room's email adress, and then they had to just do a quick check in outlook.
