Hello,
im working with Ax 2012 R3
I have a work that is stucking,
when i process with mobile device nothing is happened,
im not able to continue the work and is stuck between a pick and a put and the items remain on the user location :(
how can i fix that ?? (close the work, adjust inventory ...)

Probably not the ideal way to fix, but you can update the WHSTable to update the status to be Open. You can do the same on the WHSWorkLine. This will then allow you to refresh the work and cancel it. You can then move the the item from the user to the correct location.
