Can We hide the Fields and entities in the advance find based on App Level or Certain User's

Hi All,

I have a requirement, like I have 3 applications in dynamics 365 and all three apps having the different-2 custom entities, so my requirement is to hide the fields and entities based on the user access level.

Like if one user is having App A access then, that user should not be able to seen the custom fields for other two applications.

Can we show hid the fields in advance find based on the security level ??

Hi，

Which app a user can access is controlled by security roles.

So you can control access to certain entities directly by assigning security roles to users:

Create one security role and set privilege as user level in these custom entities/tables:

Then you can assign this role to one specific users who need see this entity/table.
