Real-Time Preference Center Subscription Error

Hi,
I have a problem with Preference Center in Real-Time Marketing, after the Pressing Button /Subscribe/ I have an error and consent is not creating, any ideas why that can happen? People start to send me a message that they could not unsubscribe. We have activated a BU feature.
 
 
Submisson did not go throught.

    Our team has tried to reproduce your issue, including creating compliance profiles, designing RTM emails, sending test emails (two different ways, direct send and customer journey), none of which could reproduce your error.





    After reviewing the information, our team suggests the following two possibilities
     
    The first possibility is that there is an issue with the /compliance settings/ in Dynamics 365 Realtime Marketing. Managing compliance settings is key to ensuring your business processes are compliant with privacy laws such as GDPR.
    You can check if the compliance profiles are correct by going to the following path /Settings > Customer engagement > Compliance profiles/
     
    The second possibility is that there is an issue with the /Consent Mode/ that you have selected on the Compliance page. Real-time marketing consent is point-of-contact based and applies to messages sent to contacts, leads and customer insight profiles. You may need to check your consent mode to ensure it is set up correctly. The relevant documentation is linked below

    Additionally, if you have checked and confirmed that your compliance profile and RTM email settings are correct, there may be an issue with the Dynamics 365 Marketing product itself and you can seek support from Microsoft at the following link
