How to create a workflow to "create a record email in to send it"

Hey,

so from many reasons I need to create a workflow on-demand which will first create an email record and only then it will send it.

so my first step i create an email record and on the second step I changed it to pending to send.  when I try to runs workflow it succeeded - but then it's stuck I able to see the email record it's but the email in pending to send for a while.

* No. of Delivery Attempts is set to 0.

* my email box settings are set right -  I am able to send emails from CRM)

any other ideas why it can be stuck on  pending to send  ?

    I suggest that you could follow the article below to troubleshoot this issue though you have troubleshoot this issue before.
