Unable to add Facebook social profile

I am unable to add facebook profile in MS Social. When it opens pop up for facebook login, after entering credentials it shows the blank screen and doesn't add the profile. I am able to add Facebook Acquisition profile but unable to add Facebook Page.

Its urgent. Can anyone help?

Try, to use "Edge" browser.

The browser should allow pop - up.

You should be the administrator

try to clean cache from data storage, may be it will help you to login ms social

Is your Facebook page linked to Facebook Business Manager?

If yes, then you have to unlink it first.

which browser you are using?you have to allow a pop-up, in order to add your facebook page, moreover you could delete cache,cookies, and browser history of your browser and check again.

Hi Hamid

I am sharing a procedure maybe this will helpful to share Facebook profile

1. Navigate to Settings > > Social Profiles.

2. In the list of Owned Profiles, choose the Facebook profile for sharing.

3. Now, at the profile details pane, under Sharing / Owners, select Add.

4. Type the name of the user or group you want to share the profile with, and then choose it from the list.
