Hi Aya,
I don't think this is a bug. I tried it on my trial CRM Online with the out of box business process flow and it works a expected. Try different browser and different user.
If this doesn't help, provide more details on your set up.

you using online or on prem? Could you show us some screenshot?
So if you look at the process session, there is a green check next to each step? If that is the case, then some condition is not set correctly and each process is running fine.
No ,There are no Java Script
and nothing fail
Do you have any java script in there? Also if you look at the log, does it show where it is failing?
