business process flow in dynamics 365 doesn't work after reactive

I have a business process flow in Entity "incident" and when i cancel (out of the box) the record then reactive it (out of the box) the business process flow doesn't work

Seems like a bug - anyone got any good ideas?

Hi Aya,

I don't think this is a bug. I tried it on my trial CRM Online with the out of box business process flow and it works a expected. Try different browser and different user.

If this doesn't help, provide more details on your set up.

So if you look at the process session, there is a green check next to each step? If that is the case, then some condition is not set correctly and each process is running fine.

No ,There are no Java Script

and nothing fail

Do you have any java script in there? Also if you look at the log, does it show where it is failing?
