Hi,
It seems that your workflow is Real-Time and in real time workflow wait condition will not available.
You have to make your workflow to run in background using below button:
After conversion wait condition will available as shown below:
I would suggest to go with power automate for the same as described in below link:

If your workflow is real time then wait condition will not be available, try converting your workflow to run in background.
