9Possible to print checks to a network printer via a DRA configured to run as a Windows Service?
The PDF printing section in the Printer destination article seems pretty unequivocal:
PDF documents can be printed directly to a network printer only if the Document Routing Agent is running as a desktop application.
... yet my boss believes he was able to get it to work in the past... Just doesn't remember how.
P.S. Some context:
- we'd like to avoid running the DRA desktop application for network printing as the server gets regularly rebooted (and then check printing to network printers will not work)
- I have zero experience with D365; was tasked with setting up a service account to run DRA, and it seems to work well - except for check printing
