On premise to cloud

We have a Dynamics CRM on-premise customer that is nearing their annual enhancement renewal, and I was wondering if there are any current incentives to have them move from on-premise to cloud, or if they were to renew their on-premise enhancement and decide to move to the Cloud, would they receive any credit on the annual enhancement?
