Sample Portal Mortgage Page - onboarding-wizard customization

Hi, 

We're using the sample portal of the D365 Finance for a demo and we're wondering if the custom form for the mortgage loan can be customized:

We're specifically looking to change the currency of the columns (currently USD). Is this tied to somewhere in the backend / portal? Is there a quick way to change this out of the box? 

Im ok with anything, even hack-ish solutions as this is just for a demo. I'm currently leaning on just adding a javascript code to change it manually. Please let me know if there are other better ways to do this.
