Line Display ECD 7303 II unable to configure with Microsoft pos 2009

Hello,

I have successfully configured the MSR, Printers and Scanner. I still have a line display VFD 20x2

(Model: ECD 7303 II who's driver is found at http://www.eposintl.com/drivers/) but can't make microsoft pos recognize it as all the other items (I don't have it defined in register properties as the msr and scanner are) despite the fact that the vendor is saying it is OPOS compatible (in device manager the driver setup installs a prolific 2303 usb port at COM3).

Can you please advise how can i resolve this issue and is this model OPOS compatible or not?
