How to create Elimination Journal just after creation of a Project in project Management & Accounting module

Hi,

I need to create a Elimination journal & post it to record the revenue just after the creation of a fixed-price project in project Management & Accounting module & just after need to generate an additional GL journal (using Billing Rules for that Project Contract created before) to run immediately after the elimination journal.

I am attaching a word file which contains the complete task, I need help to understand where to write code & how to start which specified in point 4 in word file.
