Some Items not loading in counting journal while using on-hand option from create lines button

Hi Community,

I created a counting journal from create lines > on-hand option. I specified the site and location and set max lines to ten thousand. Some items are not loading in counting journal automatically but they are shown in on-hand form (invent sum). I have provided the same site and location as on on-hand form and I specified the same on counting journal and no counting group is specified.

I think that the items which are not loading, that inventDim method is returning false as shown below:

Is there is some setup or configuration settings on these specific items which are missing? or something else

Blank receipt allows transactions for issue and receipt by skiping location. So, you can have more quantity than calculated by counting journal.

You need to have proper configuration in Storage Dimension

I have also noted that some items which are on showing on released products form but when I am creating a Purchase order of the same item, the item is not showing on PO line as shown below. I have seen the setup settings of the item loading on PO line have same settings with the item not loading on PO line.

Hi Ammad,

Kindly check the below two setups for counting journal scenario of yours and advise.

1.Disable counting status registration in inventory journal names.

2.Maintain the respective warehouses in released products.
