How to "Undo Shipment" when posted inventory pick lines exist

An item on a Sales Order has been shipped in error, via the posting of an Inventory Pick.  When trying to 'Undo Shipment' from the Line on the related Sales Shipment the error below occurs.

Is it possible to delete a posted Inventory Pick (couldn't find a delete function) and then 'Undo Shipment' from the Sales Shipment or is there an alternative solution (other than invoicing, crediting then recreating)?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry, the error message is "You cannot undo line 10000 because inventory pick lines have already been posted"

You cannot use 'Undo Shipment' when you use Inventory Pick. If you try to do it, you cannot unregister Inventory Pick and also you cannot again make shipment for same pick.

You can make some customizations, but I don't like it. Post this document as invoice and make credit memo. After that do everything again.
