Integration Manager Employee import script for Position field overridden by default from Class

In my Employee import I am using the default from the Employee Class for the Department and several other fields but on the Position field I have a script that uses one of my source fields to determine what the Position should be but when I run the import it is using the Position from the Employee Class. How can I get the script to override the Employee Class for just that one field?
