Secret ID expires soon, we have OData integration setup with Client ID - D365FO

Hi All,

We have OData setup in Azure Active Directory Applications in System Admin module with Client ID.

Under this Client ID in Azure portal secret ID for OData is going to expires soon, we got new secret ID, now we don't know how to proceeds here, do we need to wait until the expiry date and delete it , or let it be in Azure portal or do we need to re-create the setups (deleting and adding again the line) in Azure Active Directory Applications in System Admin module with Client ID.

Please advice.

    Hi, Deleting and adding record in Azure Active Directory Applications form in D365FO is not required. This form maps only client Id and user. I think you can start using new secret key and no need to wait for previous secret key to expire.

    Hi Mohit,

    Thank you for quick response.

    Existing secret key is going to expires on 2nd June, and Azure team has created the new key with different description, we are not sure where we need to enable or use the new secret key, as in D365FO we have client ID which is not going to change.
