Editable grid Lock-Unlock

hi guys,
i have an editable view that is disabled at all, what i want is to disable some field based certain conditions((already wrote the JS) and uploaded the function (OnSelect)event but what is happening is the below (its disabling all the fields without a lock icon)

Do you mean that all columns on the grid are locked?

Can you share your code?
