Suppose I have two Business Units side-by-side:
Both units are side by side. That is, one is not the parent of the other.
If I want to move a user from Unit A to Unit B
Please don't say sysadmin role. A role is just a set of privileges and I am trying to figure out the bare minium

pmdci this request will require permissions that is most common an admin to has. When do this, roles associated with user are removed and not only this, but user data is also changed and could also related tables.
I didn't test but I do not realize an easy way to find that, but I think that you could copy the system administrator role, an on it remove unnecessary permissions and do tests in each modification.
Not an easy way but I think you can reduce the privileges at some entities on this new role.
