The Inventory Site Combiner from the PSTL was used to move items from one Site ID to a new Site ID. The item numbers and the associated history were moved to the new site. The old site ID is still on the system with the assigned item numbers. The amount is approximately 14,000, is there a script that can be run to remove these items numbers with no history?

If you are asking about a script to delete items, that is not something we ( MSFT Support ) can provide.
The supported method would be to delete each via the Item Maintenance window.
