CRM can be integrated to mobile email apps (outlook and Apple Mail app) ?

Hello All Experts,

Is there any possibility of sending emails from the mobile ios or android.

if YES then how?

    It only show eligible users with enabled Mailboxes which are configured with Server side sync.  More details around how to setup Server-Side Sync:

    Hello Experts,

    i am using the dynamics 365 version 8.x

    i was going through link in crm

    Settings-> Dynamics 365 App for outlook, it opens up one window.

    but there is message getting pop up as shown in the screen below.

    how to get mailboxes available in this view.

    any helpful article from Microsoft.

    If you are using the latest version of D365 CE, you can use the APP for Outlook or the d365 app on those mobile devices
