A customer has installed an RTC client on a new Citrix environment and installed the Portuguese Language Pack however the language is not available from the 'Select Language' menu. Also, while most of the screen is appearing in Portuguese some titles and pages are not.

This is NAV 2009 R2 and the language pack has been installed on the Server and indeed when the same user runs an RTC client from their old Citrix environment the Portuguese language does appear under 'Select Language' and all the titles and pages etc. are also in Portuguese.
Does anyone know what the cause of this could be? Thank you
